PESB Recommends Sunil Kumar Nagdawne as New CMD of Pawan Hans Limited

The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Sunil Kumar Nagdawne for the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of Pawan Hans Limited. The recommendation was finalized on February 16, 2026, during PESB’s 12th selection meeting of the year. The appointment is subject to requisite clearances and approval by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.
