Simplified Public Housing: Kowloon Bay Project to Accept Applications Soon
Improving access to affordable housing remains a priority in urban areas worldwide. In Hong Kong, simplified public housing initiatives are gaining traction. The Housing Authority has announced a new project in Kowloon Bay, designed to bridge the housing gap. Starting August 25, residents can apply for approximately 150 units located at the Kai Shing Lane site. This project is set to welcome its first occupants by early 2026, aiming to quickly enhance living conditions in the city.
